Fabian’s Collision Center and Allstate partner again to donate a car to a local small business owner and mother of two.

Fabian’s Collision Center has once again joined forces with Allstate and the United Way of California Capital Region to donate a refurbished vehicle to a deserving community member through the National Auto Body Council’s (NABC) Recycled Rides® program. The donation marks the ninth vehicle Fabian’s has contributed through the initiative. This year’s recipient is Olive Arnold, a hardworking Central Valley resident, small business owner, and devoted mother of two daughters.

The car was awarded during a ceremony at Fabian’s Collision Center on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, in recognition of Olive’s perseverance and commitment to her family and community.

Olive runs Heavenly Help Housecleaning, a cleaning service that requires her to be on the road daily. For years, she has relied on a 2001 Mercury Sable that has become unreliable, lacking basic functionality like a working heater and access to needed parts. Despite these challenges, she continues to work hard to support her daughters, transporting them to school, church, medical appointments, and after-school programs.

Owning a dependable vehicle will eliminate the stress of unexpected repairs, reduce financial strain, and allow Olive to focus on what matters most: her family and her business. Since 2022, Olive has faced setbacks in her business due to lost clients, making it impossible to save for a new car. Through the United Way California Capital Region program and generous partners like Allstate, this gift will lift a significant weight off Olive’s shoulders, providing the reliability she needs to continue her business and ensure her family’s well-being.

“Allstate generously donated the vehicle, and our team at Fabian’s restored it to like-new condition,” said Fabian Ceballos, CEO and co-owner. “This program is one of the most meaningful things we do. Olive’s determination and love for her family inspired us all, and we’re proud to hand over the keys to a safer, more reliable vehicle that empowers her to keep showing up for her clients, her community, and most importantly, her daughters.”

The donation is part of Allstate’s participation in the NABC Recycled Rides® program, which teams up with collision repair shops and nonprofits to donate refurbished vehicles to deserving individuals. Fabian’s Collision Center, a long-time supporter of the program, is committed to creating lasting change in the community.
